Our Talley Riggins project dashboard program is based on the Last Planner® System designed to create a more predictable and reliable workflow. These dashboards are an effective platform to help manage the right communication, & commitments within your project teams. Making the workflow more reliable is more efficient than pushing productivity, which often ends in wasted effort and areas that must be reconstructed. We believe that all members of the team are to be treated with respect and have a voice in project outcomes.

From our origin, Talley Riggins has prioritized safety being a part of the culture instead of a program or policy. To help encourage a culture of safety, a safety manager was hired to work closely with our team to proactively identify solutions for job-related safety opportunities and issues. Talley Riggins has experienced ZERO incidents since inception.
